For a holiday, I had asked at very short notice (only 36 hours in advance) whether it would be possible to rent a board. And yes, not only was it possible, but a delivery over 300km was organized at very short notice, so that I could happily go on vacation with it. Although I was not yet known as a customer at eFoil-Riders, I didn't get an old carrot, but a brand new board as a loaner (see photo)! During the holiday, the owner was proactive in checking that everything was working and even helping me with my queries at the weekend. All in all a good experience that certainly fits the premium claim of the Fliteboards

had an engine problem with my fliteboard, although i had not bought the fliteboard from efoil riders and the contact only came about through another customer, sven not only processed the warranty case for me but got everything done in time for my vacation within 2 days. efoil rider has the right support to buy such an expensive product with a clear conscience.

I am super excited about the extremely professional service from efoil riders. I saw the Fliteboard while on vacation in Croatia and knew: this is exactly my thing. (I drove a Jetsurf before) On a Friday I got super competent advice from efoil riders on the phone and immediately decided on the Fliteboard Pro with the "big" battery. The next day !!! (Saturday) the Fliteboard was delivered to me by courier to Trogir in Croatia. It couldn't be more perfect. I'm happy like a little kid about the Fliteboard and the amazing service. Hats off. This is the HIGHEST level. 100%+++ recommendation. Now I'm still having a lot of fun on the sea. Jipeeeeeee
